Wistrand assists Gaia/Berlinovo in connection with the divestment of a distribution center in Gothenburg to NREP
Wistrand has acted as advisor to Gaia GmbH & Co KG / Berlinovo Immobilien Gesellschaft mbH (Berlinovo) in connection with the divestment of a 16,700 sqm distribution center in the port of Gothenburg occupied by the Swedish Post to NREP Logistics AB (NREP).
Berlinovo is a real estate service provider owned by and based in the federal state of Berlin. Founded in 2006, the company today manages the portfolio of 24 real estate funds comprising 571 properties.
NREP Logistics AB is an investment company specializing in development and investments in strategically located logistics assets in the Nordics.
Wistrand’s team consisted of Robert Kullgren and Henrik Aurelius. Advising NREP in connection with the transaction was Real Advokatbyrå through Mikael Laag.
