Wistrand has acted as advisor to Volution Group Limited (Volution) in connection with the acquisition of Swedish ventilation manufacturer Fresh AB.
Volution is a market leader within residential ventilation focused primarily on the UK and North European ventilation markets.
Fresh AB is one of Scandinavia’s leading suppliers of residential ventilation products and systems.
