Wistrand advised Strawberry Publishing on transaction with Bonnier
Wistrand advised Strawberry Publishing AS (Strawberry) on the sale of its operations in Sweden and Denmark to Bonnier Books (Bonnier).
Bonnier acquires all shares in Strawberry Publishing AB and its subsidiary Bazar Förlag AB, which both operate in the Swedish market, and Strawberry Publishing DK, which operates in the Danish market.
The Wistrand team mainly comprised Per Dalemo (partner in charge), Tomas Hecht (tax), Sara Fager Hultqvist (M&A), Amy Lindquist (M&A) and Anna Johansson (Paralegal). Bech Bruun advised on Danish law.
