Wistrand shortlisted for Mergermarket award Legal Adviser of the Year

Mergermarket is a leading and independent M&A intelligence service, compiling data over M&A deals all over Europe.

The Mergermarket awards, now in their ninth year, recognise excellence in corporate, private equity, banking and legal M&A expertise across Europe. Category winners are decided by a review of M&A transaction data, together with expert opinion from an independent panel of leading European M&A practitioners.

This year the winners will be announced on the 11 December, 2014 in London. The awards also acknowledge top deals and financial advisers, as well as private equity, public relations and accountancy firms.
