Wistrand advises on sale of office property in Sisjön
Wistrand advised COG Holding AB and Oliver Grebelius Invest AB on legal aspects of the sale of the property Kobbegården 6:4 in Sisjön south of Gothenburg. The property comprises office buildings and commercially used sites.
Purchaser is Vätterleden Fastigheten.
Wistrand’s team consisted of Per Dalemo (lead partner) and Amanda Samuelsson. Panreal has been the sellers’ financial advisor in the transaction.
