Wistrand advises Nokas on investment in Lås-Aktuellt

Nokas is Scandinavia’s third largest security services group with business operations in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. The group has some 2,500 employees and an annual turnover of approximately SEK 2.5 billion. Nokas’ largest owners are Orkla, DnB, Fritt Ord and management.

Lås-Aktuellt, founded in 1967, focuses on sale and services of home security systems and locks. The company is headquartered in Malmö and is mainly operating in the Skåne region. The company has 25 employees and generates a turnover of SEK 40 million with good profitability.

Wistrand has advised Nokas on the investment. Wistrand’s team consisted of Per Dalemo (partner in charge), Henrik Saalman and Johannes Wårdman.
