Wistrand advises Nokas on investment
Nokas AS has acquired a majority stake in the security services company Skandia Bevaknings AB from its founder.
Nokas is Scandinavia’s third largest security services group with business operations in Nor-way, Sweden and Denmark. The group has some 2,500 employees and an annual turnover of approximately SEK 1.5 billion. Nokas’ largest owners are Orkla, DnB, Fritt Ord and management.
Wistrand has advised Nokas on the investment. Wistrand’s team consisted of Per Dalemo, Henrik Saalman and Johannes Wårdman.
