Wistrand has advised Toshiba Medical Systems

Toshiba Medical Systems has, by way of a business acquisition, established its own sales- and services organisation in Sweden.

Toshiba Medical Systems (a part of the international group Toshiba) is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of medical Equipment.

Wistrand has advised Toshiba Medical Systems on all legal matters relating to the acquisition.

Wistrand’s team was led by Per Dalemo, Martin Wedén and Erik Klinton and also included Jesper Sundström, Maria Kosteska, Henrik Saalman and Charlotta Törnell.
