Wistrand recruits new partners
Wistrand has recruited two new partners, Nils Sköld and Håkan Lindgren. Further new hires are Joakim Johansson and Peter Sandberg. They all come to Wistrand directly from Kilpatrick Townsend.

Håkan Lindgren works mainly in banking and finance and has been the head of Kilpatrick Townsend’s banking and finance group in Sweden. Nils Sköld is a nationally and internationally recognised expert in real estate transactions and tax. In conjunction with the transfer, Joakim Johansson and Peter Sandberg will also join Wistrand.
