Wistrand appoints two new partners

Wistrand Advokatbyrå has appointed Martina Blomberg Roald and Marek Keller as new partners at the Stockholm office, taking effect from 1 January 2022

Martina Blomberg Roald is a member of Wistrand's real estate practice group. Martina Blomberg Roald specializes in real estate, financing and M&A matters, with particular focus on real estate M&A, commercial leases and real estate financing. Martina joined Wistrand in 2013.

Marek Keller is a member of Wistrand’s insolvency practice group and specializes in insolvency law and dispute resolution. He assists clients with advice regarding issues that occur in companies in distressed situations and regularly undertakes assignments as bankruptcy trustee. He also regularly advises on commercial dispute resolution in various industries and business areas. Marek worked at Wistrand 2009-2013, after which he received his doctorate in civil law with the doctoral thesis "Bankruptcy and litigation" at Uppsala University. In 2020, Marek returned to Wistrand.
