Wistrand advises on the sale of Re Connect IT and Datatal AB

Wistrand has advised the sellers in connection with the sale of Re Connect IT i Sverige AB and Datatal AB to InfraCom Group AB (publ). The transactions are subject to customary closing conditions and are expected to be finalized in the beginning of April 2023.

Wistrand has advised the sellers in connection with the sale of Re Connect IT i Sverige AB and Datatal AB to InfraCom Group AB (publ). The transactions are subject to customary closing conditions and are expected to be finalized in the beginning of April 2023.

Re Connect is a full-service provider of IT solutions in the SME segment and had an annual turnover of approximately SEK 400 million during its latest financial year. Datatal is a software and application developer specialized in solutions in business communication.

InfraCom, which is listed on Spotlight Stock Market Next, offers services in cloud-based telephony, cloud-based IT services, data centers, as well as data communication and Internet access. During the financial year of 2022, InfraCom had a turnover of approximately SEK 352 million.

Through the acquisition, InfraCom becomes a full-service supplier of IT services.
